This painting was to appear on the cover of a book, intended for American children, about Tolito the Talking Eagle. After 9/11 Tolito (who is blessed with fantastic powers of cognition and destruction) is called on by the president of the United States to fly to Afganistan and wreak vengence on America's Moslem enemies.
I don't know if the book was ever published.
